The clinic will be held simultaneously in all three Baltic countries. Our Lithuanian clinic will be hosted by Raminta Matulytė and Mindaugas Baniulis, who co-head our Startup sector group.

Together with other lawyers, they will help you tackle all legal and tax questions you might face upon building the next unicorn – from intellectual property to shareholders agreements or licensing matters.
