About the speaker:
Yosef (Yossi) Shavit is a serial entrepreneur, an enthusiastic innovation - ecosystem promoter and an innovation scouter. He gives lectures around the world, backs and consults innovation promoters and ecosystem stakeholders. Yossi leads many frameworks designed for the promotion of entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology as the director of the Bengis Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (www.bengis.org) at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (Israel). As part of his role in the center, he is the founder and CEO of Inno-Negev, BGU’s Technology Accelerator (www.innonegev.com), founder of the Innovation Gateway technological hub, co-founder of 4 communities for developers and entrepreneurs, two international open innovation competitions and more.
